Modular Bumper on order

Hey all, wanted to get some opinions on my order. I have a 2.7L wildtrak, 4door on order and I have already wiped the hardtop and trailer tow off my order. I have heard that the modular bumper is a hard commodity to get and wanted to see your options on if it is worth the cost, and the possible wait. I like the look of it, and the ability to add lights and such to it, but is it worth it? Thanks for the info

My Black diamond was supposed to have the mod but in 22' got the capable. Don't hate the capable so far and the fog lights already installed and wired is a plus feature. Have no complaints not getting it yet.

Modular bumper is where I added all my accessories. I wouldn't give it up.

For the price of the lights they sell for the pockets you can damn near buy a whole new bumper.

If you’re patient you’ll be able to find one that someone will be selling after replacing their OEM modular bumper with a aftermarket winch bumper. I’ve been watching the classifieds here on 6G since I plan to replace and sell mine, shortly after I take delivery of my Bronco at a time in the future, and want to get a feel for the market. There have been quite a few for sale in the 6G classifieds so take a look there and you might find one that's for sale close by where you live. You might even save some cash over adding to your order.

The Mod bumper was one of my MUST haves.

Compared to aftermarket bumpers, it is far cheaper, especially when you consider that the bash plates are included in that price. It's a stout piece.

I'd NOT get the Safari Bar ... not after seeing this, which should also solidify your decision to get the Mod bumper. LOL

I work at a ford dealer in Idaho and priced out all the parts at my cost, right at about $2,300 for the bash plate and bumper. There is a pretty long backorder on some parts too, like the 2 front plastic covers that go over the tow points.

I would NOT remove the mod bumper from my order. I ordered my bronco on 13 January 2022, its scheduled for production on 6 April.
