I picked up a modular bumper from a guy to swap out on my 23 wildtrak. It appears that the shop that removed his bumper did not use torx plus bits and stripped out several bolts. Now i cant remove the brackets that i need to run my wire harness. Any solutions?

I would start with A few different Torx plus bits. TP40 is the correct size I believe.
Try Torx plus and regular Torx, in a few close sizes. See if you can get a grip to remove. If that doesn't work than go with an easy out. They are pretty soft bolts.

If you need to replace, the bolts are M8-1.25 x 30 mm. Direct through Ford is a little pricey or find aftermarket.

If they’re the bronco bolts they have enough head to use vise grips. Get the vice grips as tight as you can and use cardboard to protect the surrounding paint.

I saved 2 on my bumper by hammering in a slightly larger bit and then slowly loosening them. Youll lose those bolts but it gets them out.
