That's pretty sad for almost $1000, about the most expensive flaps on the planet.
Yup I just need to head to the hardware store to buy the yellow zinc ones . I just need to get the m12s and all the washers and nuts. I have the other fasteners already but just need time to swap out the bolts

I had the same problem with Mabett's, rusted out in about 2 months. The difference of course is they are a lot less expensive.

Are those pinch weld covers on your rig? Didn't know you could mount them if you have sliders or steps as well? If so which brand did you go with?
I used xpel liner tape from amazon

Nice, I was looking at Plastidip as some other members have used that as well. Do you still have the link by any chance?

Im trying to install the mabbetts and I’m stuck. I don’t see how the rear is possible to install given the bracket and interference from the existing bumper bracket. Am I missing something obvious? I have a 23 obx Sasquatch

We have WeatherTech, they work fine, reasonably priced, and I know the famous thread on here showing them installed incorrectly - and I hate to be rude - but that is not at all what they look like on ours, installed correctly.

Ford has some real high-quality, heavy-duty ones, but they're like $300 as pair - I just don't see mudflaps as a $600 item (maybe $60, not ten times that...) - so we passed. Probably work better but that's too much.
Any chance I can get a picture? I have the same bronco almost exactly that you do and was leaning weather tech. Also wasn’t sure what to choose for the option about the fender/rear bumper.
