I have a 2022 Sasquatch- currently have the Mabett mudflaps with Ford running boards. These have been perfect at keeping the sides of my Bronco chip free for the last 22,500 miles.
I'm in North Carolina - so not much rock crawling here.
I have purchased the following to put 37's on: Currently leaning to Ko2's or At3's
JKS max clearance kit with tie rod sleeves
4wp's coil overs
4wp front upper control arm
1 inch body lift
Rear stabilizer bar relocation kit ( Rock Jock )
Has anyone been able to keep stock running boards and mudflaps ?

It doesn't look like there is enough room for mud flaps with 37's to fit inside the wheelwell. It looks like the best option would be to mount something to the front of the rock rail or hoop step rail if you have those. I still might try to fab something up in the spring when it's warmer out but it's too cold to even try to mess with anything right now.

I spent a lot of time yesterday cycling the wheel through its travel- left/right up and down. I'm thinking you are right. I'm looking at cutting the front of the running board of about 1 to 2 inches and doing something like you mentioned.
removing the block behind the rear liner will open up some space but the way the mudflaps are mounted creates the problem.

I have 17x9 with -6 offset wheels and my km3 35's were rubbing the mud flaps at full lock even after trimming them a bit. So I know those flaps won't come close to working with 37's.

Here's the ground down flap that was still hitting the 35's on the inside edge.
