MY 2023 Bronco changes, options, packages?

I was told by a well known dealer that my current order could not be 99'd but I was almost certain to get a '23 anyway due to the volume of orders at the dealership in front of mine.

Can't you 99 a MY22 by changing the order to a MOD top? Maybe they aren't letting people do that (?) but it seems like it would have the desired effect. When MY23 comes around, I don't think there's anything that would prevent you from changing the top back during the reorder.

Does anyone know when 2023 production will start? Is it going to be December 2022 / January 2023, or could it be earlier in the fall of 2022?

A few sources on here have said they expect a more normal Fall 2022 switchover to the MY23.

Especially if Ford learns their lesson from people bitching about getting MY21s in May 2022.

I'm just hoping for an engine and tie rods that don't self destruct.

But yeah, hopefully big take for '23 is the mod top and heritage edition. If not then I'll be 99'ing until '24 if I can keep price protection.
