My issues with Aftermarket Bumpers from Warn, 4WP, ARB

Anyone looking at the Warn, 4WP or ARB bumpers? I like all of them and didn't order the modular as I had seen and expected better off road bumpers from after market. My biggest compliant is the bull bar many times covers the camera. Also the winch option also covers the camera or they don't offer a winch. But in looking at these none really address the center "Forward Sensing System". Now from what I read on the build and price, that is only with the LUX Option? I did the high so can I just ignore that space? I am in NY so even using that area for license plate would be better than Ford's design.
