So I've got a 2023 Big Bend without sasquatch. I want to get Advanced Fiberglass Concepts 5" Fender Flares. I am going with ICON Stage 4 Billet Suspension and I need some help figuring out what size wheels and tires I would need to have flush/little poke fitment! Also if I need to do anything to reinforce axles or anything so nothing breaks from weight or anything. I am new to the whole off-roading scene. Thank you!

This is the suspension and fender flare setup above...

Will be following this thread. I am planning a similar build but less lift.

35’s, 37’s, 40’s? What level are you trying to take this build to? As far as poke/offset, it appears that the 5” is close to Sasquatch width(from the images atleast)… so you are wanting +35 to about a 0 offset - ballpark for minimal scrub

You’ll want to consider going to the M210 front end.. you’ll need axles to pair with it… OEM or RCV’s. The advanced transfer case is reportedly stronger too…

If you are going wild check out the Spicer upgrades… - https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/toms-offroad-dana-spicer-in-stock.64972/

Don’t forget about those tie rods or steering rack concerns that come with the big meat.

Plan carefully

Thank you! This really helps out a lot. I was just planning on doing 35's and have heard so many different things. And it's good to know what I will need to upgrade to help support the meaty tires. I appreciate you taking time to reply!

Personally don't think 35s would fill the ADV 5" fenders well but I've never seen them on with it. I have 37s and they appear just right for me. I have zero offset with slight poke past the fenders.

At the 1:15 mark in this silly video I made I walk around the bronco with the camera if you want to check it out. I also have a 10min install video on the channel if you're interested.
