The subwoofer was set to off on my 2025 OBX with the B&O speakers. Does turning it on actually do anything?

Earlier in the thread, a couple of us asked that. When I got to that section I did not hit the "write" button or make a change there. If you look at that default screen it also says "Center dash tweeter" NONE, but I put my hand over it and it was still working so I left that page.

My Sub is still working even though it showed none, that is why I left that section. I added Sport Mode turned off the double Honk, and put it in my glove box.

In each section you have to select and upload, I only made the change I wanted so far. Mine came with 35's and I felt no need to mess with that section until I change tires sizes.

So unless you hit the "Write to File" or "Upload Changes" How ever it is worded, nothing has changed.

Serious question; has anyone saved a self service maintenance log on their Ford App recently?
The Add Service throws a "Please try again later.....app isnt responding."
This is on all my devices for the last few days since.......well just curious if anyone else has noticed.

Tried up loading baja on mu 2025 obx lux. It loaded but got a parking brake needs aervice and would not disengauge. Remove baja and back to normal?
Also i have b&o system. Showes front soeakers as b&o. The middle rear and sub show no speaker. Dont know what is going on there?
Did do engine noise off quite ride little more road noise not much though

Mine is the same doesn't matter if its wifi or 5g. Acts like its going to work then Says it timed out.

Anyone else experience a change in the sound of the proximity sensor beeps after making updates? Not a huge deal but I prefer the original sounds.

Yes, I noticed that and my family complained it. LOL. What updates did you make? I turned off the equalizer (no idea what that does as my 23 was a amp/sub delete (with fake amp and sub installed, replaced with Ford Fusion and an Amazon special speaker)), tried the windows up but it doesn't work. oh, yes and changed to the double press on the panic alarm.

So, I received mine Friday afternoon. From then until last evening I have made numerous attempts to disable fake engine noise, double press for the panic alarm, add goat modes (Baja and rock crawl), and seat belt chime off.
I have uploaded the device update twice and takes multiple attempts to change a parameter without getting some sort of error message on the app, and once a brake failure message on the dash.
So far the only thing that has taken effect is Baja mode (I removed rock crawl) and double press for the panic button. All of the changes I mentioned previously indicated that the settings have been saved to the vehicle after I pressed the upload button.
I cannot tell any difference in sound so I assume fake engine noise did not disable.
I will do the seat belt chime mute the old fashioned way by manually locking and releasing the buckle five times with the ignition in the run position.
This all leaves me with one change that actually took which was the double press. I don't really care about Baja mode.
So as it stands, double press is the only real useful change that works, and I originally fixed that problem with. $1.50 carabiner.

I mentioned this earlier, my S650 with no mods would not let me log an oil change in the Ford App so they may not be related.

Added Sport mode, disabled panic alarm, disabled fake engine noise, turned off start-up & door open chimes, changed power point timeout to 10 minutes, & maxed out steering wheel temp.

Yes, I removed rock crawl and it went away.

OK, my question, (which is probably answered in the 23 page preceding this), is what does Ford think about this device and the warranty that I have purchased? Am I going to void the warranty?

Can someone answer this? I’m curious as well.
