Thinking of heading to Famous Reading Darkwater trails this weekend. Believe it's 2 vehicle minimum so uh, anybody want to come along.

I'll be driving back from NC this weekend.
I couldn't find any minimum vehicle restriction for FRO, but it's usually a good idea to go with a buddy.

I've seen it mentioned on a few of the sites, and then I noticed it does Ski tracking as well. I had this awesome tracking app called Trace, but I guess they went out of business, so I've been looking for a new one... this might be 2 birds, 1 stone!

I use it when at AOAA. Found the have the local ATV trails on it as well.

It works great as far as I am concerned. Never had a problem.

Got myself a Bronco flag which is weird. Thought they'd stop sending stuff once you got your actual Bronco.

Also picked up a third kid this past week right before Thanksgiving haha.

Still have yet to attempt to put 3 car seats in the back of the Bronco....It's ok to strap a kid in the cargo area, right?

For those who have a '22 at Brew, did they up the fee from 75 to 175? Thought the invoice deal (with the $75 fee) included the 22 year model.
Honestly, at this point, I'm not gonna quibble over a hundred, but curious to see everyone else. I just want my damn Bronco.

Not sure if they upped the fee - the amount they were charging was the max allowable under NY law. It's possible that the fee went up or the 175 was for a non NY registration. I'll ask the wife about the fees - she'd know if there were any changes from GNYADA this year.

My son just misses the cutoff out here in PA (Sept bday) so he's the oldest in his class. Sports wise, huge advantage. He's basically a year older than every kid. Actually even academically it helps. But yeah, I always reference that book.

So I just finished up fixing my scratch. Didn't come out exactly as I had hoped. But at least there isn't bare metal anymore. Took about 2hrs... and there's definitely a learning curve to figure out the right technique. But once you got it figured out it's pretty easy.

yeah, I guess time of day, lighting, etc...

I assume you mean the whole car.

The paint that filled the chip is pretty much the same color, but it's just lacking a finish. Like it's flat, doesn't have that gloss to it like the rest of the car.

But oh well, good enough.

Thats what they recommend and what i use for both Rausch Creek and AOAA
Works well and they (the parks) update there maps, plus you can turn on tracking to see where you have been

Ah I see. Thanks for the info. Didn't know it was a state max. That's good to know.

When tracking it also records speed and elevation change, then gives you hi, low and averages when you stop the track. it is pretty cool.

Nice. Think I'm gonna give it a look. I like that it tracks skiing too.

Bring able to actually see how much vertical you did vs just bs'ing over apres ski is much cooler. (But harder to exaggerate, lol)
