I've been using the same access key since I got the car and it's been working fine. I'd keep it in my pocket, walk up to the vehicle, grab the door handle, it'd unlock, and I can open the door.

Just recently it would not unlock the door while it was in my pocket, however, I could click the Unlock button on it and it'd unlock the doors.

I just tried the other access key that I have and it works fine - it'd unlock the door while it's in my pocket and me pulling the handle.

What could be wrong with the first key? Low battery?

I clicked on this thread thinking that maybe the answer was the stupid my key feature.

But now that I read it, yeah I would start with swapping the batteries between the remotes (unless you happen to have another one lying around) and see if that fixes the issue.

OK I haven't looked into swapping the batteries but I'm guessing it's pretty easy. I'll try that and report back.
