Oracle Grill Light Installation video

Hey everyone!
Installed our Bronco backlit lights by @ORACLE Lighting
We haven’t seen an install video yet and hope this helps everyone!

Absolutely love them! One of our favorites accessories we were excited to install.

With many ways to install them we chose to hook them up to our aux switch to have more control.

Im trying to decide if im going to pick these up or not. Hard to grasp the quality of these without seeing them in person. But they look sick IMO

I am sure you could tap these into the parking lights somehow.

Not to be nit picky but one thing that bothers me a bit is the lights seem to also shine back into the engine compartment and wash out the letters from the front. If you look at the end of the video around 6:08 that light from the back makes the letters indistinguishable from each other, sort of like they are really out of focus. Hope this is just the video quality, because this is a very cool accessory.

Us too! It says to do that on instructions but they did a good job and aligning wires where you don’t need too.

Quality is solid and thick.
but agree with you. The price isn’t bad and totally worth it.

For sure can. We have heard others doing that so they are always on. It’s a low draw.

To us, they look better in person vs pictures and videos. At times hard to Capture the crispness of them. But totally agree some photos we saw it looks washed out.

I think the parking lights are on whenever the ignition is on, so would just need to find a fuse in the fuse box under the hood that's powered only when the ignition is on and tap into it with one of these that's made for the physical size of the fuse you select (this one is for a Micro2 fuse):

Fuse 21 is a spare, according to the 2021 Bronco owner's manual (page 312). Would just need to use a circuit tester or multimeter to determine if it's powered only when the ignition is on, or full time (battery connection).

Are they that bright in person? Can they be dimmed a bit? Its almost like you cant see what each letter is when they are lighted because they are too bright.

They can’t be dimmed but honestly it’s better in person. Tough to capture true light
