Still haven’t solved the problem. Just a heads up for those in the market. They send them to you knowing that this happens in shipping. And then it becomes your problem. I am disappointed, at least.

PM me your order number and a photo of the packaging. It's likely if you bought through a Vendor, you got one of the sets with the original packaging.

Still, just an FYI - This isn't visible when installed and the metal is galvanized. It will not rust or corrode.
