Ordered MIC - Buy Soft Cloth Top Later...?

Hi, all. First post here. I've learned a ton from reading about your collective expierences.

We just placed our order through Best Ford in Nashua, NH (at MSRP, with a counter-signed Purchase Agreement listing price). Our contact has been fairly forthright (for a dealer) in terms of underpromising across the board. We know we're in for a long wait, and we're prepared.

We went with a 4-door OBX, non-Sasquatch, 2.3, with the MIC. Has anyone ordered the MIC and then purchased a soft cloth top after delivery? We know the MIC pushes us back, but since we won't have it till late-22/early-23, and we're in New England, we need that off the bat.
