Ordered?

Hello, I did a reservation on 6/29/21 and recently got the email that ordering would be available soon. So yesterday I went to my dealer to get an “out the door price” and it was agreeable so the dealer placed the order for me.

But then today I got the email that ordering is open today so I am confused how the dealer was able to place the order yesterday? The paperwork he gave me all looks correct and everything. When I log onto the Ford site, it still shows my reservation and gives me the option to order online or through the dealer. Anyone know if this will update automatically? I contacted my dealer about it, but I doubt he’s very web savvy.

I’m just trying to make sure I didn’t screw anything up here!

Just a delay in the email that Ford sent out. The Ford website doesn't update very quickly. Did you get an order summary or DORA from the dealer showing your order? If so you will be fine. If not go back in and ask for one.

Same. On the 13th I converted my reservation to an order with my dealer in person. My online account now shows I'm ready to order my bronco. Either the dealer hasn't actually placed the order yet or the ford site updates slowly.

OK, I am glad to hear the site is just slow.

Yes, I got an order summary. It has the priority code on it and I made sure to have the dealer calculate and write the final “out the door price” on it as well. I’m not too familiar with a DORA, but I googled it. Is that something I should request as well?
