That'd be my guess. And it really is a pisser offer too. Even if it's not legit, likely there's gonna be non res holders cruising around before early reservation, lifelong enthusiasts. Just not right.

This is the dealer's FCTP vehicle. In most cases as soon as the VIN is issued by Ford the vehicle will populate on our website, unless we go in the backend and change it. Nothing shady going on here.

I was being sarcastic.

However, one could conclude that might be the mistake(actually a Bronco Sport), but the VIN @Apples found ties to a Bronco.

Could be either testing their website or more likely loading it to drive traffic/calls as people start to search Bronco more. Even thought they don’t have it, likely may get them more action.

That seems to be happening a lot lately. Most around here figure it's just a placeholder for when the Bronco does start to ship.

Chances are, dealers will be keeping & selling cancelled orders. And at the same time, it probably helps each dealer to drum up business (new orders) but getting it out there.

Lastly, yes, we've heard of dealers, and I know of a few, who had their salespeople reserve with the sole purpose of having stock.

I can say, When mine comes in and if I hate it(doubtful)...I WILL SELL IT MYSELF. A bronco with 10 miles on it for sale when no one can get one will be a hot commodity.
