I've been OBX since Day 1, don't really need SAS package, but getting it because its BADA$$! Plus, it adds 4X4 Auto and gets rid of the painted fender flares.
I think that adding SAS to an OBX deletes the painted fender flares.

Who's with me?!

Ive been 99% Black Diamond since the beginning but Im really starting to think about the OBX with Squatch.

I love the blue dash and leather, armrest in the rear seats (4dr), the Signature lighting, dont really need vinyl floors, and like the 12" screen and LED approach lamps in the High Package. Add the modular front bumper, delete the side steps and add the Rock Rails. Only negative is the plastic rear bumper. Could replace that down the line and have my perfect Bronco.

Im not even thinking about the Wildtrak because I hate the interior. Also not dead set on the V6.
I am actually with you. I like the Navy Pier interior because it is different, and not jeep-like. A Squatch'ed OBX has what I want, sans a steel rear bumper. The front disconnect is nice, but not a deal breaker for me, so the real question is "What exterior colors would go well with Navy Pier interior?" I think White, Silver, Black, Orange, A51 and Anti-Matter blue are about it.

So it really annoys me that in the BP, when I add the Rock Rails, it doesn’t take away the side steps in the pic. I want to see my OBX Squatch!

Come on Rockstars, let’s put some more time in on the BRONCO Build and Price!

Editing this post after more research but still dancing between the OBX and the Badlands. Especially since the B&P changes.

1. I love the leather roast interior. +1 OBX
2. No sasquatch- $5K to add to OBX hurts a lot. Still hurts on the Badlands albeit a little less. Either way I plan to go after market on wheels and tires- +1 to Badlands for having the better suspension and leaving me with less work to do later.

3. Im going to wait on the steel bumper as well. Aftermarket is going to come out with some wild stuff.

4. I agree its a pain that the B&P doesn't remove the steps and show the rock rails- that said, a couple videos I've seen show the rock rails mounted to the body not the frame! Another after market consideration especially if you truly want functional sliders.

5. Badlands does win on the stabilizer disconnect and the grill if you ask me. +2 Badlands

6. I keep telling myself I don't need a 12in screen for $1,295- but the heart wants what it wants...

if you're going OBX with Sasq., think about Wildtrak. Build both and they're about the same MSRP...each will have a few differences.
I just can't get past the ugly interior on the Wildtrak.

To me, an OBX with a Badlands lift and wheels is perfect. Given it doesn’t exist, the OBX sas is great. You’re foregoing all the heavy stuff that hinders payload, like front and rear steel bumpers, bash plates, rails etc. Maybe 200 lbs of stuff...and adding back <100 lbs on tires and lift. The tires are C load and probably not very heavy. So in the, you have basically an FE, undercut by 200+ lbs without the armor, but a manageable payload on a 4 door.

I’m realizing that taking a regular OBX and paying 1590 on auto 4x4/gearing plus heavy tires (18 inch is all E load once you get to 33s), plus steel front bumper (for fake lift appearance) puts me at likely the same weight/payload as an OBX sas. And a stock sas build is only $1,000 more. So if I swap wheels or make suspension mods, then boom, I’m at the OBX sas price. So that’s the direction I’m leaning towards. Need to test drive a raptor first to get a sense of ride height and 35s.
