Plan B was always an imported Land Cruiser. 70 or 80 series diesel.

I just applied for a job as a rural mail carrier today. So maybe the Land Cruiser has moved up to plan A or plan A.1. Having a right-hand drive would be perfect for that. Crap for everything else. Main reason why it was plan B. Most of the highways around my area are single lane and full of Ag equipment. Trying to pass while driving on the wrong side of the truck sucks.

I am a guy always leases and am afraid this may not be available for Lease. With that said what’s typical monthly payment for a 45-50k vehicle for a 5 year loan and some money down? Will rates be good?

It'll cost a lot more to lease a 50k ford than a 50k BMW

It's resale value plus BMW (and other luxury brands) subsidize leases to grow sales volume

Does that mean it makes more sense to finance a Ford?

Generally yes, but I'd still advise looking at both options

Sometimes a 50k lease on a low lease cost brand can be cheaper than a lease on a 40k ford

It's not a knock on ford, they just don't push leasing as hard as other brands

It depends on resale value. I am not sure if the Wrangler will have a better one over the Bronco or not.

I would take 3
I agree but the wait time and dealer mark up just makes no sense. California prices are out of this world right now for G-wagons. AMG mark ups are about $50k, base is about $10-$20k depending on the dealer.

Very hard to know. My understanding is that leases for new Wranglers are very favorable. My dealer said he expected leases for Broncos to start in the $350-400 range, but did not commit to anything.
