No official leaks, but if Ford is considering it, I would love our voice to be heard before they make the call.

I don’t see what all the fuss is about. Just buy a black one and tell people it’s AMB. No one is going to notice the difference!

Unfortunately I am not spending $60k for others. I am buying it for myself, and I am able to see the dark blue tint and absolutely love it. I think it has a classical appeal to it. Once I saw it on Jay Leno’s Bronco, its all I’ve wanted.

We have no idea whether Ford is keeping AMB for '22 or not. There's no info either way. In any case, they're going to do what they're going to do, and the decision was likely made a long time ago.

Still black. But if you leave it out in the sun long enough you could convince your self that it isn’t black

I would rather have AMB 2 that makes it look a bit more like the renderings and less black

While the light trick is nice. Having a black car on cloudy days is dumb

I’m ok with that too. I just don’t want them to remove a dark blue option from the mix altogether

Ford's renders on all colors are pretty awful actually.

Someone in another thread said that the Paint Robots can only accommodate so many colors. This sounds reasonable. Thus they can't add colors without removing colors, and Bronco shares robots, and thus colors, with Ranger.

We know Lighting Blue is going away, and Ford's CEO had hinted that Cyber Orange will go as well. I don't see them dropping AM Blue for 2022.

I would be surprised too. It might be acceptable if it disappeared after two years, as by that point you’d hope the original reservations/orders have been filled (insert Ford joke here).

One would hope but I'm a late reservation with Stephen's Automotive. They think I'll get it late 2022 but it very well could be a 2023MY.

Not much, really. The colors on the site weren't even accurate for the known 2021 model year so there really shouldn't be put too much thought into their accuracy for 22.

I would gladly change from AMB to Lightning Blue. If I have to choose another color, I would probably pick Race Red.

I'm hoping they don't continue it only of my 7/14 2am reservation gets built it MY21. I selected it and have already spoken with a wrap company here in Dallas to do a clear matte PPF so it's not shiny. Would like to have a more individual color.
