Grey in person, does have a (subtle) green cast to it (imo). It's a cool grey. Check out the Baby Broncos to get real world look at your preferred color. Also, looking at colors on your computer, (if that's what you're basing this on) will never give you a real world color.

Is this also true for something small like adding aux switches? My dealer forgot to add those on my build and I got a build week and vin last week. Just noticed it was missing the switches.

I would have your dealer talk to their sales rep. The last release I saw said color and trim were the only post BIN changes allowed. If nothing else would change beside switches, I would try.
