Radio rebooting

Just started this Tuesday of this week with the radio screen being unresponsive each time I start up. Reboot the unit manually, comes back unresponsive, then reboots itself once or twice and all is good. Today my back up camera display didn't even come on until it rebooted itself a few times. Anyone else seeing this issue? I've read there was an update recently, don't know if I actually got it or not, but definitely seems suspect.

Ours has been doing the same types of things recently, no radio on start-up or no backup camera. After one or two minutes it seems to start working fine or shut the engine off and restarting seems to clear it

Mine started doing this more prevalently this week as well

Mine did this a couple times last week but has been fine the last few times I drove it.

Edit: last Power-up for me was Nov 3, v 4.2.3. But I don't think this happened to me until maybe a week or so later.

Mine just started this yesterday. It was fine the day before and even earlier in the day but started just after noon. Must of sucked in some new update while I was at lunch.

This happened to me once. And because I have auto updates turned off I thought something was crashing. So I shut down in the Bronco a few times in the middle of it.

Turned out ford decided to push out an update regardless of my "option" And it was in the process of updating (which I didn't know). Frankly I'm blown away that I didn't brick the entire system shutting it down in the middle.

It finally settled down, took almost a week the restore all my XM icons.
