Got a random call today from Ford Customer Care today saying something about an alert on my Bronco today? Little confused and never heard of anything like this happen before. Just curious if anyone else has had this happen or what it was about. I did have a possible tire leak warning on my FordPass app this morning, but my tires are fine, and it was just the first cold night in a while.

Sounds like a phishing call IMO.

That's what I thought, looked up the number they called from and the one they said to call them back and both showed it was Ford Customer Care so a little confused. Of course, people can now spoof a call so wouldn't be surprised.

Yep, stay away from that number while you think about the whole thing for a few days. Nothing lost if it is something harmless and you do find it’s just a sales pitch or small question about your Bronco update.

I’ve lost so much trust the past few years, and this lack of trust has saved me a few times after calls from asshats like this one could be.

There’s that “asshat” word again; the one I’ve never used before joining this forum. 🤔😖

I mean I was skeptical from the beginning, hence why I asked here just to see if this has happened to anyone else before.

Yes, I got a call from Ford to setup my vehicle over zoom for about 30 minutes.
I did it and they asked nothing that would be considered phishing or odd. (IMHO)

2025 Badlands ordered from Ford.

I was called by Ford when I bought a 22 Maverick. They set up a zoom meeting with me and 4 Ford employees that oversee different areas of the Maverick. Interior, engine etc. I have also done surveys and at the end was asked if Ford may contact me for further questions. So Otis possible they called. They should do it more.

It's just strange as I have had the vehicle for over a year now and never got a call until now.

I recently filled out a survey on my 24 Maverick. Asked if Ford can reach out if needed. I don’t find it strange if they do. Just be cautious with any info not already easily obtained. Any questions should only apply to a Ford vehicle you own.
