EDIT: Never mind, seems like its inconsistent. It auto disabled in the morning but re-enabled later in the day. I did however find the setting that fully disables them.
Its under the Features Tab > Park Aid Sensors > Here you can disable Rear Sensors (Always)
I’m assuming there was a software update at some point. My 22 OBX automatically disabled the sensors once it saw they were blocked by my bike rack. Theres also an on screen option when in reverse to turn them on or off.
Not entirely sure but I think updates can be done over the air with wifi or if you have a data plan on your head unit. No need to go into the dealer anymore
