Anyone have a vibration/rattle noise over bumps? I've identified mine as the rear hatch glass. I tested it by opening the glass and driving around and voila gone. I'm thinking it might be the rear glass rubbing back and forth on the two bumper rests at the bottom? Or it's the entire glass vibrating in the frame of the top?

In any case just reaching out to see if anyone has a similar issue and a potential fix.

It's not super annoying but I don't recall it being there when we first picked up the Bronco.

Thanks!

Mine makes a low pitched squeak/rattle, I solved it by applying silicone spray to the seal along the bottom of the glass which goes against the swing gate

Common problem. Mine did it from day 1. Silicon spray on all seals as mentioned should help. It eventually stopped working for me and I applied Krytox silicone grease. Will last longer.
I still get occasional popping sound from the glass (hinges?) but the other noise is gone.

My soft top rattles some days from the rear. Recently something on the soft top has been cutting into the rubber on the passenger side where the soft top locks down in place.

Thanks for the silicone spray tip I will try that. Temporary solution but at least it will hoepfully help identify the specific sea/areal that is most noisy if that is where it’s coming from.

Any movement in the hinges at all where they mount in the top?

I will double check my hinges but I did not notice any.
Was just curious. Saw another member who was unfortunate and had his top drop a couple inches and land on the window. It ripped the hinge out of the top. After seeing how it was mounted I was wondering about the longevity of it.

Got it. The window is hood no looseness. Checked the window tonight and the hinges are tight at all the connections.

We have the same issue on our Wildtrak, may try the silicone.

I just noticed this as well. Only on the right side; not the left.
