Rear soft top prop rod keeper vanished

Loading some stuff at Costco today and when I went to stow the prop rod to let down the clamshell, the little clasp that keeps it in place is gone. I looked everywhere and no luck. Maybe it pushed inside? I don't know - anyone have an experience or idea. I will probably waste a half of a day getting the 30 second fix under warranty.

That was my first thought as well.
OP, you'll be much happier not using that stupid little stick to hold the top open.
If you enjoy using it or miss the inconvenience, I do recommend getting it warrantied.

X3 we have them on both broncos. Makes putting the top up from full back easier as well. Take a little more efforts going to full open. But so worth it. Unlatch and it raise the back for you to load whatever.
