Rear tailgate noises

Anyone having a noise similar to a coffee can with nuts and bolts rattling when going over bumps,
A simple fix is installing neoprene ( plastic)
Thin washers between the tailgate and the hinges.
I was almost to the point of selling the truck because of the irritating noise.
This simple fix cured all with a trip go Ace Hardware for the washers

I cant see the washers as they are installed, behind the hinge and between the tailgate.
So photos not available.
When you install, I used packaging tape, to tape the rear door to the body to avoid movement.
Then I used painters tape, not bigger than the hinge to hold washers to the door when installing hinge bolts, to avoid washers falling durning the install.
