For whatever it’s worth, I installed a track bar relocation bracket the track bar is now level. Running clip 5 on my 6112s 2 door Sas. Didn’t really notice much of a difference with the Bronco driving. Getting alignment and rear control arms installed tomorrow. See if that makes any difference. 🤔

Thanks for info. Good luck tomorrow.

Thanks for the info. I thought since the ADS bar is supposed to work with zero to three inches of lift that if would have enough adjustment. I didn't think the relocate bracket would make enough difference that it wouldn't work. The ADS was adjusted very close to factory length for a starting point. It had about 1/2 of an inch of adjustment shorter left at stock length. It is now adjusted as short as it will goo. I will check the stock bar again but I don't think it will work with the relocator either. Good luck with your Bronco build.

ADS bar does not adjust very much shorter than the factory one. See photos. Not very adjustable at all.
Typically when you lift a vehicle the track bar has to be extended because the axle moves to the driver side. You need to measure from your frame to the outside edge of your tire. Use a small piece of wood or wood ruler then a long straight edge against the tire. Measure the distance than compare the other side. Then lengthen your track bar until axle is centered. An alignment can get it more accurate but that’s the cowboy way to do it.

If it’s adjusted shorter than factory and your axle is to far out on the passenger side you don’t need the relocation bracket.
Out of curiosity did you start with a Sasquatch model and how much lift do you have dialed in to your coilovers over stock height?

Mine went to the passenger side. Two door must be too short to be able to know which way to go. Haha Measured cowboy way and was 1/2" to the passenger side. Adjusting ADS track bar to as short as it would go got it down to 3/8". Eyeballing tires relative to fender flares shows same thing. Was even on both sides before Eibachs. Was at shop with alignment machine but program stopped at 1996 for Bronco. Got update for program but the

alignment heads will not attach to factory Sasquatch rims. Fake bead lock rings stick out too far. Trying to get something that will reach far enough.

I'm surprised it's pushing out to the passenger side. It looks like they are the same length so maybe you don't need the bracket. How much lift did you get over Sas with the coilovers? I have the adj ProComps and the minimum setting gave me 1" over Sas and I could feel the rear jumping around and the bracket fixed most of the problem. My bar is pretty level with the bracket. Mine is a 2 door and it looks centered.

Keep getting repeats on photos. Sorry 😟

Might raise rear some more. Eibachs are still at factory setting on rear.

Factory Sasquatch. Increased to a little over 2" in front. Factory Eibach setting of 2.2" in rear.

Sounds about where I am at, I added 2.25” lift to my Sasq and by my measurement my axle was 1/8” off center under weight. (Not suspended on a lift)
That 1/8” might be due to error in my measurement or not.
I decided it was not worth the time right now for that little offset. Heck from the factory you could be that far off.
When I have free time I’ll play around starting with the bracket and factory bar, I think adding both I’ll run into the same issue you have.

Im not desert racing, I do medium speed bursts on dirt roads and slow crawling and mud. I don’t notice the rear end popping around over bumps on the road.

You don’t need both for that size lift in my opinion.

It’s good if the trac bar is horizontal but you don’t need to be at perfect horizontal with the trac bar to have a safe, functional ride, it did not come that way from Ford as one example.

You have several ways to correct this, have fun this weekend and let us know what worked out for you.

Man there's so much information here, I'm still undecided. I have a Wildtrak with HOSS 3.0 running the Zone 2.25" lift kit. I haven't measured for any offset yet but the rear bump-steer/shimmy I get when hitting bumps on pavement is dreadful, even notice it going down the highway.

Per Zone the rear only lifts for 1.25" while the front is 2.25" to reach that leveled effect.

Is 1.25" too little of a lift to consider a bracket and would a bar be better?

As it sits currently in stock configuration.

In my unprofessional opinion, a relocation bracket will help you. Also, in my unprofessional opinion and personal experience, maintaining some rake helps with the bump steer/shimmying. Since lifting my Bronco and adding a relocation bracket, I ended up raising the rear just a tad more than what the Fox's provided out of the box, to get close to the factory rake. My handling feels way better having some rake. Before reintroducing some rake, my front-end felt a bit "floaty" when hitting bumps.

Leveled looks good, but rake is good.

Yes, I only went up around 1" in the rear and you could really feel it. The bracket helps a lot, but there will still be some jumping around on bigger bumps on the highway.

My front end feels well off and planted so far, I've been on this lift for a year but reached the point where I've had enough of the rear shimmy and bump steer. I have one particular spot in the road by my house that when the rear hits it it shimmies and my passengers almost always go "what was that?" LOL.

That's good to hear, I ordered the RJ bracket for now. Will consider a new bar in the future once I see how it feels with this bracket.

FYI, A new bar won’t correct geometry, it will only alllow adjustment left to right if the diff isn’t centered with the stock bar.
