For that budget, you should look for a set of Badlands or Sasquatch Bilstein takeoffs. You obviously have had success in scouring the Marketplace. The Badlands optional FP wheels are hard to find.
I did the 2 inch Rough Country pucks. Now I know I'm going to get alot of hate for this but I swear I have a good reason. I wasn't sure if 2 inches was going to be enough for me. I've put lifts on vehicles before and been underwhelmed when I saw it. The pucks through rough country were less than $100. So for me it was worth it. That being said 2 inches is enough and I will be switching to a full 2 inch coil over before I start doing any offroading, until next summer my Bronco is a pavement princess so the pucks are perfectly fine.
5100 Bilsteins or SAS take offs, either will improve the ride. I would stay away from a spacer lift with M190 front as the CV axles won't like the extension.
