Rendom Question --Can you fit a 4 door Hard Top inside a 4 Door bronco with the Top on ? ? ? ?

I maybe picking up a 2nd hard top from a friend on a road trip. Would a full 4 door hard top set up fit inside a 4 door with the seats down and hard top on?

I would guess no. I'd also be worried about flex if you put it in on an angle also.

I don’t know how that would work, a hard top sits on top of the bronco so I don’t know how a hard top would also fit inside a bronco unless it was 50% scale.

This is probably the best, most efficient and cheapest way to go about this.
OP you live in California, I'm sure there will be a week with no rain where you won't have to worry about it.

Yeah, but why don't you go to wherever the hardtop is with yours already taken off, so you can just put the new one on and drive home??

It's obvious you have to explain everything strictly by the numbers with this one.

Measure height and width. It would have to go in at an angle if it were to fit. Straight in no. That’s obvious. I do doubt it fits because rear opening is relatively small. Measure.

Ok, so before you leave to go get this other one, you need to take yours off and leave it at home. Then drive, with no top on, to the destination and get the other one and put it on your bronco. Then drive home with it on. Then if you want your original on your bronco you can switch them back.

To get first hand look, take your current top off, and try to place it inside. Then you can determine if another top will fit on the Bronco.

I am flying in to picked up my new Wildtrak And drive it home about 550 miles. There is a local guy near the dealership, selling his new hardtop for a good deal.

So I was thinking about purchasing the extra hard top and bringing it home with my new wildtrak and having it painted.
