Reservation refund process

Does anyone know the process to get my reservation deposit back? At this point the disappointment isn't worth the hundo.

Call customer service and cancel. Your money is supposed to be refunded in 7-10 days.

1-800-334-4375 after the language I think its option 3

you can actually cancel from your account at ford.com, will get your refund in a week or 2 like others have said.

If you cancel, It is now mandatory that you post the date and time of your reservation so those behind you can que up the Jeffersons theme song

You can cancel a reservation right in your Ford.com profile... money will be refunded automatically.

Go to the Ford web site, sign in to your account you made when you did your reservation, go to "my account " then "reservations" scroll down to the cancel reservation button. Your $100 will be credited back to your card by the dealer you registered with. When I switched dealers it took about 4 working days to get my card credited the $100. If all fails call the number on the web site.
