(RESOLVED) Modem not connecting…4 hrs into ownership🙄

(RESOLVED) ...one week later, it resolved itself. Acceptance screen launched when I started it this morning.

Spent over an hour with FordPass support when I couldn’t connect the FordPass app to the Bronco, said modem wasn’t connecting. Hard reset 3 times…escalated to engineering, waiting on call back. I’ll post update when I hear back.

Dude on phone said it was a thing with the Bronco.

That's a frustrating experience. Hope the escalation gets it cleared up. It's likely a fairly easy fix - but a painful and long diagnosis!

Doubtful since we’ve not heard of it yet. Not everything is an “issue” with the bronco
