same here - got the 8 year/100k esp for $2984 and 8 year maintenance for $1515

I paid $1955 for the 8/100 esp with $50 deductible, LED, key, and first day rental from Flood Ford. $2984 sounds high even for $0 deductible?

[3/21 update - RESOLVED]

transmission was replaced and have bene driving for over a week and no issues.

couldn't get rca - specifically what tore the seal. all i was told is defective part.

dealership was great - dropped off 2/17 - picked up 3/10 - and was given fully loaded F150 as loaner.
