Review - WheelsFeels storage system

This is gonna be a bit spicy...... 4-5 weeks turned into 16-17+ Weeks

Ordered the "Camping Conversion System for Ford Bronco 6th Gen 2-doors (2nd Row REMOVED) 2021+" along with the "Storage Platform" add on from WheelsFeels.

I placed an order with WheelsFeels on April 19th, the estimated timeline was a 4-5 week turn around no big deal. then on May 12th they sent an email saying they were having some delays and it would be 6-7 weeks instead of 4-5 weeks, once again no big deal. Fast forward to June 15th it had been 8 weeks so i shot them an email asking if there had been any updates, No reply and i was a little annoyed. Fast forward to July 21st (13th week) and I've sent multiple emails and tried calling multiple times and no replies at all and they finally get back to me saying they will ask the scheduler when it will be made and shipped. radio silence again no updates no shipping or tracking notifications. Fast forward again to August 12th (16 weeks) tried reaching out again and no reply. Package ends up getting delivered on August 13th ...... and its missing pieces and is overall not great quality and lack of attention and detail is obvious. so make another attempt to call them and they reply with an email with tracking numbers for 2 separate shipments (that they never sent to me). 2nd package arrives on the August 20th and its in the wrong finish.

Overall hilariously disappointed and confused with the business and i could NEVER recommend someone purchase from them.
Which is unfortunate because i like buying from more local and smaller businesses because you can feel the pride and effort they put into their products (in most cases) but this just wasn't that.

*hindsight i should have put in for a claim through PayPal after they didn't respond at all after week 8

The overall product (minus all the attention to detail pieces isn't THAT bad especially when you consider the price of it.
*No picture of the extra "storage platform as it arrived as bare wood vs carpet (see how long that takes to get a reply on)
So if you can deal with ordering something and having absolutely no idea when you'll get it..... give it a shot?

Pics of some of the issues to include, pieces not lining up / being incorrect distances, holes not lining up, poor quality, adhesives and fitment of "carpet", and missing pieces.

But the 2 feet away test it doesn't look that bad at all.

I feel your pain. I had the same experience with them. They have zero customer service and support. Product is “meh” and an IKEA wannabe. I removed mine after a couple of months.

Don’t trust PayPal. Lobo offroad did the same thing to me and I tried to file a claim with PayPal with photos and email threads showing they shorted me and PayPal just denied it for no reason

I have a 2 door.. I ordered a Maverick hard bed cover. I made that cover so I could put it on when the top was off. This worked pretty good but I had to store it and I had to put it on and off. I bought a broadfict security Enclosure for 4 door. I modified it to fit where I no longer have back seats in my 2 door. D the top that also acts as a camp table rattled too much. I cut up further the Maverick bed cover and mounted it to the security enclosure. I am not a 100% done but I now have it where I melt things on top of it and inside of it
