Thanks. I had read on another forum somewhere that they did just what you did, except they left them out about 1", did the calibration, cycled it a couple times, and then set them where they were. This way the computer is tackling half of the height at a time. Just need to figure out how far out the computer will allow the height to be off before it faults. I know it didn't like my 60MM measurement. I see people posting about installing the 2" springs and running them awhile to let them settle before calibrating. Maybe anything under 2" and the calibration would work. Only one of mine was out over 2". I installed the 2" rear HD springs to compensate for some gear, and I wanted to keep a little rake, but emptied the cargo out for the calibration. The next biggest was 1.49. I'll give it a shot this weekend and report back.
Any info on this?

Not yet. I did manually adjust the sensors back to 0 and ran the update successfully, but ran out of time and daylight to mess around with different settings. Once the snow melts here I'll give it a shot.

This is what i have been working on, and now im stuck. it worked on and off, i have successfully taken them from 40mm out on all wheels to 3 wheels near 0 and 1 at 13mm. i have done this by bringing them all down 5 mm at a time, now im stuck and at this point no mater what increment i try it does not want to get any closer. if i manually move the one wheel to zero it will work but then i have one wheel at 13mm out. i will give it another go but i am also looking at just making an adjustable arm for the sensor, lets see if that work :)

OK, boys and girls I got it figured out. E rod007 theory worked. So all the steps that I had previously in the post make sure you do that. Make sure you have no DTC codes. When you read your levels of where they are currently reading live on for scan I made 20 mm adjustments at a time after settling my front struts were reading at +46 mm and my rear were reading at 8 mm. So I disconnected the ride height sensors and set them to 20 mm evenly in the front and 7 mm in the rear. High then did a height adjustment recalibration. I then put the bolts back in just to see what it was truly reading. My rear struts were at zero, but my front struts still red 20 mm so I did it again and adjusted it manually to about 19 mm then I did the recalibration and then bolted everything together went for a test ride and then re-cleared all the DTC‘s. This is the closest I’ve gotten it. I will see if it’s worth refining it more but I feel like you’ll be chasing bubbles.

Again, I can obviously refine some adjustments and it’s not quite perfect but significantly better than what it was before. I will continue to mess around to figure out this solution. But this is the key to the issue that we are having. I truly hope this helps. Let me know if any of you need any additional help. I’m willing to reach out and hook a homie up.

That’s about as close as I can get I pushed it as far as I could have whatever the max calibration was to where it would allow me to run the right height calibration. The back is pretty easy, but the front has a metal bracket that the ride height bolts to if you reach up on the top and bend it towards you or away, you can make those micro adjustments.

Update got off the phone with the dealership they say they can do the adjustment but they’re going to charge $405 total and that’s with a discount. I really helped somebody on here can help me figure out how to do this.
I’ve been through this recently. I originally calibrated the truck without going into Engineering Test Mode (gas pedal three times) and it worked perfect. When doing my buddy’s truck, I realized I missed the ET so I got into ET did the calibration and everything went to hell. I tried multiple things multiple times including VDM module reset and clearing the VDM DTCs. I could never get back into ET, and eventually I got it to calibrate.

I wish I could tell you the right corrective action, but I tried a variety of times and not sure what combination or plain dumb luck got it back to error free and calibrated.
