We have dark blue coming and considering doing dark green. Would love to hear thoughts on other colors. Keep in mind these are anodized Aluminum, satin silver is also an option?!

No. You will still need to bust out tools for the top ones.

What’s different with the upcoming Gen2? And the description mentions optional gear strap sold separately, but I can’t find on the website?

These won't fit the top as they will not clear the top pannels.
