I know several roof racks out there support light bars in the front. But I'm wondering if any of these allow you to remove everything behind the windshield, thus keeping the light bar in the front, so that you can remove the roof or go with a soft top?

When I started installing my TrailRax roof rack, I had to install my Rigid light bar which I had to create semi-custom brackets for so I drove around for a week with just the light bar and wind fairing and there was no problems even at the speed limit of 85 here in Texas.
