I have a 21 Bronco with Bilstein Shocks and perch Collar lift. I have it installed for some time but now noticed rear is saggy. Any suggestions on how to fix? 1 inch lift cap for rear?

You have a heavy load in the back, what you keeping in there daily?
If you don’t have weight in the rear I would not recommend a bandaid fix, the ride will suffer.
Those 4 year old factory springs might just be worn out.
Chance to upgrade the suspension.

Nothing in the rear that's heavy. The suspension isn't 2yrs old. Added the Bilstein Shocks and springs. When I had perch lift installed everything was level. Not sure what all of a sudden it's sagging in the rear.

What did you have installed, new factory Sasquatch takeoffs or the ford performance Blisten or something else?

I’ve not heard of those sagging that quick with factory weight load on them. I’d look to be sure they did not leak out. That can cause a sag.

Move to the Carolinas. That’s a THING there.

Probably not the case, but sometimes preload collar lifts can cause the spring to go into coil bind. Do it enough times and it can cause the spring to crack/rust/break. I would check to make sure your springs are not damaged.

Coil springs have a fixed amount of travel before all the coils stack up on top of each other and bind (block height of spring).

let’s say you have a spring with max travel of 8” and a shock with 6” of travel. Now add 1” of preload. The remaining spring travel is 7”. Still more than shock can do at 6”. So no spring binding. Now add 3” of preload. The spring now only has 5” of available travel. Spring will then bind when shock travel exceeds 5”.

You could simply buy anothrer perch collar or spacer for the rear shocks.

shocks (dampers) can’t carry any static weight, springs do. Piston velocity is zero under static equilibrium.

I have had to swap springs front and rear at times to get the my setup perfect. Just OK wasn't an option at the time.

It sounds like a heavier spring is needed. I happen to have 2 sets of stiffer springs. If you go that route we can try to decipher the weight ratings and give you a very fair price. I cant use them. They are both for 2.5" adjustable coilovers.
