Sand / Dune flag mount

Hey!! I happened to be perusing the official Bronco Equipment Installation Guide and, it appears that there is a mounting hole built-in. Under the corner mount sight handle. See attached page from guide. Look in lower right corner of picture for info.

So you have to remove your end cap to use it. HHMMM..... I hope someone comes out with something easier. Thanks for sharing!

I just got these in today, nice quality. I won't install them until I need them and won't leave them on after, but they're in the trunk tool compartment so I'll have them when needed.

I replaced the stock antenna with a stubby one for every day use, but when we go to the dunes, I put the stock back on… used a couple of zip ties to hold it in place, works till I come up with a better solution

How tall of a flag will you use with this type of mount?

If your going to the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Flag has to be on the front of the vehicle and 10' tall.

I've never had a dune flag until now, but if you're traveling to a location where you need the flag, how do you transport it? e.g. if you're driving an hour or two away, or in my case 3-4 hours to Southern Utah. It doesn't seem like it would do well at freeway speeds for multiple hours.

I shoved mine between the roll bar and the hardtop, but that's not really that ideal, especially if you have a 10 foot flagpole.

I looked for two piece flags, but they're not as prevalent as I would have expected.
