That seems like a pretty optimistic outlook on supply.

You could be right to some extent, if you really care about market value on this rig. But, that goes for people paying sticker as well. Paying MSRP is overpaying in a traditional sense.

At the end of the year last year I found a dealer in Ohio that actually honored my mom’s retirement plan pricing and got my Bronco for 4K under MSRP. Most dealers laughed at me when I asked. I just kept drawing a bigger circle on the map and calling around. Seems like some dealers (this one was a small
Dealer in ohio) are more willing to negotiate as they don’t have the inventory turnover that others do. Pays to shop around…takes a lot of time and effort.

When I've bought wranglers in the past, I've found that even well-stocked dealerships can be willing to offer deeper discounts on custom orders. Plus lots usually have a ton of Sport and Sahara models, but if you want a Rubicon and you're specific about color (they have limited colors each season) and/or options, it can be hard to find.

I've bought several vehicles @ Koons in Md/Va, from $5-8K off sticker in the past, but even they now want $9K ADM. They used to be pretty much the cheapest place to get a ford in the NE.

That's a great build. I've had 10+ jeeps and hydro blue is by far my favorite color. Add the best functioning soft top out there and the body color flares, and it's a win for sure. Being able to switch off between that and a SAS Bronco would be a dream garage for me!

I'll wait a year and a half but ordered with Chapman at $1,500 under MSRP...
Tesla dropped their prices by $13k plus the government reinstated the $7,500 credit so I jumped on one last week...
I'm a sucker for a deal.
