Thanks, how has Germain been? We are looking to place an order for a 23 and trying to decide if we stay local or use Granger.

Germain has been super helpful. Before doing anything I would call each dealer you are considering and fake that you have an order. Ask all the questions you are worried about

If it makes you feel better, I think fewer than 10 people were ever able to change reservations to different dealerships.

If you still have an unconverted reservation, and can get Ford to transfer it, it has to be converted to an order by the 11/21 or Ford will cancel.

Back in March of '21 I changed my reservation to another dealer without a problem. The dealer I changed to was the only one that would give me a price, (msrp). I would imagine that things are different now.
