Has anyone cut themselves up on the sharp edges? I have several slices on my hands from taking them off.

Yep, it’s a thing. I went to put my top back on this weekend and slid the driver section in my hand and it instantly sliced my thumb. But I still love the Bronco.

Everytime I take my tops off because I am not smart enough to learn from my mistakes and wear gloves.
Which edges? I took mine off for the first time last weekend, and I didn't notice ant sharp edges.

The rear edge of the fronts are razor sharp. Doesn't look like it but they feel like paper cuts. Tops are made from some type of graphite composite. Gloves for me.

Not on the fronts but my son did on the inside of the big shell next to the back seat. My grill is really sharp where the hood release is, too. Ford should have thrown in the Bronco first aid kit at no cost!

I shouldn't have to. Pay $50K Ford needs to deliver a polished vehicle. Tell me engineers didn't slice up their hands.Just use some sandpaper and smooth it out.

Do you have mic 1.0 or replacement 2.0 top?
I had mic 1.0 from June 2021 bronco and Never sliced my hand.
First time removing MIC 2.0 after replacement last week and sliced my hand open!
