Same here. The 2.3L is a fun drive - Hey @Boomba Racing , looking forward to see what you come up with!

I’m shocked that there’s interest. The stock shifter is sweet for intended use. It’s a four cylinder trucklet after all…and I can’t imagine the need to wring anything out of the little beast with faster shifting or heel and towing. Actually how about I just admit that I’m old? Enjoy doing what you want and have fun.

Wait though, Now that I think about it…let’s toss on a bigger turbo and tune, lower it, put on an aero nose from and old super bird and Michelin Pilot Sports and see what one’ll do at Lime Rock or the Glen. I’d pay to watch.
