Have an opportunity to buy a 22 badlands green bronco. 2.3L manual. Pretty well loaded. $5k over sticker so around $60k. I already have 21 A51 Big Bend that my wife mostly drives.

I really like the options on this one over the BIg Bend we have. Just not sure about the manual. Haven’t had one in a long time. Don’t think we would lose money on it.

Observations...

Are you asking opinion on the manual? IMO, f that. Flame suit on. I drove our 2D base once and came to that conclusion. This is a personal decision and if you want to constantly interact with your ride instead of let it do the shifting, go for it.

Now, if you're asking if this is a sound financial decision or permission. Ask your wife. Nothing we say here will trump what she says. If you have the disposable $$ or that isn't a consideration, meh, go for it. If it was an automatic, my opinion would be do it. I like the color, trim level, wheels and moar door. Considering resale value, 2.3 and manual will not be as desirable as 2.7 auto but everything else is good equipment.

You know you want it and you've already made your mind up. Get wife's blessing and do it.

You're going to find deals. If you were in the market, I'd say it's a go for it, but if you aren't why are you all of a sudden? It's tempting but I can't say it's a combo that is a must have like a Raptor at a good deal.

It's a good buy at $5k over assuming its a Mid package or higher. Manual is not bad in these.

I would say yes if you like the Broncos and can afford it......and the gas which will hit 6-9 plus a gallon depending where you live.

As far as the choice the 2.3 and manual seems to be super reliable versus the 2.7.

I know it’s at least a mid package. Has heated seats and the bigger screen. But I think you can get heated seats without mid package
