I had Cooper AT3’s 33” on my CJ and thought they were great. I would love to put them on my OBX - would really like to know the exact size of the tires that person put on. I have seen other threads on B6G projecting that 275’s is max on the OBX without any additional work having to be done. Curious as to whether that is accurate.

I just found the facebook post for this OBX and the owner confirmed it is 275/70/18. Which is:

OVERALL DIAMETER 33.23

According to the manufacturer.

Thanks for the nice detective work. That is what i was targeting but nice to have a confirm on the size that works. Those tires do look nice on the OBX.

IMO, those would look a lot better with the blacked out lettering.
I agree.

The BFG OWL are perhaps excusable as a nostalgic look on a light-colored bronco, since they were the offroad tire available in the original bronco timeframe (1976). But I don't get why anybody would want to advertise random tire brands.

As soon as I get my build date and VIN, I am ordering these:
Fuel Crush wheels in double dark tint (also has grey on it) and Cooper AT3-XLT white letter tires.

What size tires would you be going with?

The wheel is an 18" wheel up from the Black Diamond's 17. The tire will be a 265/70/18 (OEM is 265/70/17). Wheel will be 18/9 +20mm offset. I already have hubcentric rings for the wheels 106mm wheel bore to OD 93.1 Hub ID. I have these tires (same size) on my F150 and love them. IMO, the raised white letter and this wheel will look great on my 2 door BD in cyber orange. Here is a photo of my F150 with a different style of Fuel wheel:

Those 33.2" tires on the +55 offset stock OBX rims make me feel more positive about the 33.5" tires going on my OBX with the +30 offset RTR's. I can't imagine that they won't look good and fit great.
