Retired from military in 2018, I'd been reading and listening closely to the rumors of Ford bringing back the Bronco for several years, and couldn't wait to see it really happen. Then 2020 comes around and my dream of finally owning one was at my fingertips ordering one online. Today, I see Build dates after mine, before mine (7/13/20) delivered long ago, and not a sound or anything from Ford as of this posting for my order. SUCKS! I guess it's time to decide if brand loyalty is worth it. Most of our family is actually supporting me on this, and they think FORD has truly lost its credibility and reputation. Truly glad for those of you enjoying your Broncos, and maybe in another life I'll enjoy one. This VETERAN is done waiting and saving every penny I could. FORD is a company that could give 2 SH!*TS about doing right, its all about $$$ for them and keeping their Stockholders and MEGA DEALERSHIPS Happy. YA'LL TAKE CARE and ENJOY THOSE RIDES.

I bought the 18$ flap from advanced auto. It had the same texture as the flares. I used 5 metal screws with small washers, the fifth screw was short. 4 into the felt and into the wheel well metal, the small one into the flare. I carefully aligned it all up with a friend guiding me while I screwed it down to get the look I wanted then hit the screw and washer heads with a blast of black paint. Then repeat for opposite side. Looks how I wanted, prevents 98% of chips and was cheap. I probably could have slid the flap lower and prevented 100% of chips but I wanted it to follow the contour of the flare.

Thank you very much. That will probably be my first task when I hopefully take delivery this summer (scheduled build week of May 30)
