My Sirius trail subscription expired on Dec 1st per message on my screen but I can still listen to all the channels I want. The only thing that has changed is the inability to change stations via the buttons on the steering wheel. I can change channels via the 8 inch screen with the preset buttons and also with the tuner knob. I'm not complaining but kind of weird. Anyone else have this happen?

It’s Siriusxm’s listen free event for everyone from Nov 22nd - Dec 4th. I got a notification about it in my FordPass app.
I must have missed that. Thanks!

Maybe....maybe not :) when my daughter bought her new VW it had the free 3 month XM subscription, after the 3 months it kept working........4 years later it's still working
I hear of quite a few people who sort of fall through the cracks and the XM keeps working for quite a while.
They are having there free event thing though so it could be that.

Anyone know how to stop the mail? I’ve submitted a request, done return to sender, emailed their support. It still continues. :cautious:

Regardless. If you like having XM hold out as long as you can before signing up. The offers will get better and better.

My recent deal provided from XM was 3 bucks a month for 3 years and no automatic renewal. They just set the bar at the level even I can jump over it!

I found this on Google.

To stop receiving SiriusXM junk mail, you can request a "do not mail" status from their customer service. You can contact SiriusXM customer service by:

Try their chat. I’ve done that when I’ve canceled. I found them to be very professional and polite.

I had the exact same experience on my 2018 GTI! Until the battery died. Then somehow Sirius reset and I no longer had access. Alas. Battery died after about 4.5yrs.
