@Tex Stubby unibit from harbor freight and Milwaukee 12v right angle drill. I the switch to a longer unibit towards the end to get the hole to stay one size. I did start at an angle but was able straighten out within 2-3 steps of the bit.

Don't underestimate a m12 right angle drill. It has saved my bacon way to many times.

Didn't take anything apart on the brake assembly.

How to pull a BB bushing

Got to pull more skid plates, just finished running dies over the old hardware, go to reinstall the bolts and find another problem.

So loosening the skid plate didn't help, so I yanked them off. Going to have to figure out if I want to weld them together or go a step further and cut them up.

Thinking Im going to cut along the red line.

Sectioning out 1.5"

Deleting this bent bracket

get rid of this 1.5" of bent stupidity

weld the green line together, weld 2x2" steel tube (black lines) and turn the purple dots into frame mounts(drill and weld a nut in the frame).

Cutout the red area into 3 pieces and plate the factory fuel tank skid.

Then stand behind your product, I live 15 minutes away. I am one of the first sets you sold and you just left me in the weeds. I just got your 2.3 bracket, and now I'm fighting with the bracket you didn't weld. I would love to just bolt my skids back up and go wheeling.

I challenge you to post a picture of a more used set of Bronco Skids. I really wish you would at least show an interest in fixing your product. I have not seen Metalcloak customer service step up.
