Anyone else have this issue? The bottom corner of the rear window sticks out, leaving a gap. The rubber is in the track and it seems like it’s sealed fine, but looks ugly

Yes, that’s by design, so you can grab it to begin pulling out the window wedge along that vertical. It’s the first step to removing the rear soft top panels.

If I start from that bottom corner while installing them, and insure its proper and tight, it doesn't stick out like that. The first bunches of times putting them in, mine looked like that. After some experience with doing it a while, I now get mine to sit flush every time.

I had that same issue the first couple of times I put the soft top back together. Try pushing on the corner piece to make sure it's set correctly. Feel like everytime I put the top back together I find some trick that helps.

Kyleshemesh is correct. The corner is most likely slightly off.

Is that the passenger side? Ours looks exactly the same. Not sure I agree w the comments it’s supposed to be like that. It’s not like that on drivers side.
