Soft Top Sqeaks while downs

I use my soft top in position 1 daily or whenever it isn’t raining. I finally located the non stop squeeking to this fan-shaped “catch” above the rear window.

Added some petrogel lube inside the catch and that solved it for me. The catch looks like it’s made from some type of glass reinforced plastic. There were some wear spots on the inside causing the noise.

Anybody land a solution here? Getting nowhere with my local Ford dealer about the incessant squeaking that occurs when soft top is folded down in first position. And yes, I've tried the straps, which don't make it stop.
