hey all our softop is shrinking to the point it doesn’t really cover the corners. Is there any fix for this? I can pull down and almost hang on it Velcro it and it pulls right back up.

I think it's working it's way up over the furthest back bow, not really shrinking.

Ford Bronco Softop shrinkage? Any tips to fix 1768768295480-64

Try unhooking all the front latches, and pulling the top back as far as you can to get the top seam back over the bow, then secure the velcro before locking the latches again.

It also might help to clean the velcro before securing it, I use to have to do that fairly frequently on mine...

We have cleaned it previously salt from the roads have the entire vehicle filthy. We also have done exactly like you mention. It rides up almost immediately. Thinking the only fix is a new top😢

Is yours glued down here? Ours is loose looks like it might have been glued at one time.

I don't have my four door anymore, but as I recall, the glue was loose there like yours, and also up by the windshield header...

Do you keep it garage-stored or does it live outside?

I remember some on the Miata boards occasionally having issues CLOSING the top at season end. The cure the found was letting it sit outside in the sun for several hours, after which it was easier to work with...

I've noticed mine doing this too toward the end of the summer last year. Mine lives in the garage, and stored during the winter months. No loose glue or anything like that on mine though. I like the idea of trying to secure the velcro section before setting in the corner edges into their lock positions (which is a PIA on mine). I'll try that when time comes to put it back on in a few months.

My softtop has Velcro showing in the rear since day one. No process or adjustment I’ve tried has made a bit of difference. This and the clicking/clacking/rattling while the top is up are my only complaints. Otherwise, I love the functionality and have no regrets after 4 years of ownership. Garage kept and no IAG struts.

We have zero clicking or clanking something is not right. Possibly the latches above the rear doors are not adjusted correctly. Our didn’t always show the Velcro. It has progressed with time.

Nope. Bought them but decided against using them, didn’t see the need for me.
