Software current version check and OTA update issue?

Sometime in the past week it did successfully update to 6.1.0 . Previously with updates, I received a message in the app. This time nothing. Only knew by clicking on the update button. Says there are no further updates yet 6.3.0 is out??

Ford paces their update roll outs - gotta wait until they release it for your VIN for the OTA update.

Post or send me your VIN and I can see what you have pending. Keep in mind that the OTA process is hot garbage and older vehicles are going to have more pending than you and will get updates yours will never see since it was already built with them.

Truck is on Sync 23291 which is only one version behind the latest one that was released maybe two month ago. Modules with pending updates are below. OTA history shows you got an APIM update in August followed by a GWM update in early September.

That, sir, is the million dollar question when it comes to the OTA process. Nobody knows when the next one will come. In your case that you have a 2021 and you are as up to date as you are, the OTA process has been pretty good to you.
